Crustal densities are different for the different geological provinces. - For each grid point the corresponding geological province and a scale factor are given (see the files crust_Geo_prov.asc and crust_cal_par.asc). - The crustal density for that point can be computed by multiplying the density model of the geological province (see tables below) by the corresponding scale factor. - The density models are separated between continental and oceanic crust and are given in [kg/m^3]. They are both defined from the basement down to the Moho, with depths given in [km] with respect to a reference mean sphere (radius = 6371 km).
